Last stop on mine and Landie Man's day of cross-county exploring was a thoroughly ruined factory, a nice easy place to end the day on.

Plastmo Profiles LTD produces uPVC products like drainpipes and guttering, this particular location closed a few years ago and has been absolutely, completely, utterly destroyed by the locals. Much like British Xylonite only this place hasn't been on fire, yet.

The one saving grace this place had was a rather awesome staircase in the main lobby area which I did like quite a lot, it certainly was a highlight amid the total destruction of the rest of the place.

If you say that this place is not long closed down then the vandals have gone to town on this one. There is just pure destruction wherever you look, I like your shot of the staircase but it looks like someone has thrown furniture over the banister. The graffiti isn't artful, just splodges of paint. Ho-hum, rant over.

Wow... This place is stunning! Is it accessible by car?

I need more information before I can answer that question. Is your car a Transformer, robot in disguise? Can it scale walls, climb through windows and avoid getting snagged on barbed wire? Does it get vertigo on rooftops?

Please don't ask questions like that, it's against the forum rules and you won't get an answer.

I assumed it was fairly straight forward. My car has 4 wheels, cannot fly, can go through walls (or at least part way before breaking down) but basically I wondered if there was a route up to the building. But no worries. Thanks! 😂😂

No, you can't drive a car to the building. Closest you'll get is the road out the front unless you want to drive through a boulder, some heras fencing and then palisade fencing as well.
