Hi All
Went out today to take a look at a place that I'V seen from the train, it's just south of Micheldever station (about 2 miles) on the right hand side as to go towards Southhampton.

At first I thought it might be an air raid shelter, but its just to far from anywhere and does not have any doors either end.

This is the inside

So now I'm thinking water storage.

The whole area is set in trees and fenced off with old Iron fencing which looks victorian.

Next to the brick structure is a brick wall which has had very large RSJ built in to it, the concret slab in front looks new and there is a 20' to 30' void underneath

There are all sorts of intersting bits of old Iron left laying around all over the site.

Thanks for taking the time to look and any thoughts you might have do feel free to pass them back..

ooooooooooooh that looks very interesting. Can't help with what it's purpose is tho. It sort of looks familiar, like ive seen one before, but i can't for the life of me remember just where i saw it, and what on earth it was.

Sorry, :(

:) Sal
