Visted Holy Trinity on a dull day. Managed to grab some time between work commitments. Gorgeous climb out of the village via a thousand steps! Church was destryed by arson in 1992. Still using church yard and having the odd open air service. A very peaceful place

Oh, this is gorgeous. I hadn't heard of this one before...just the Abbey, of course.
A thousand steps???

I might want to rethink my idea of a visit!

Tis perched right on top of the hill over the town. It is a proper workout to get up there. But it is well worth it... and so close to you....probably. Have fun Foxy
