History:

A traditional Dales farmhouse with attached stone built farm buildings, also fields that lie to the south and west and has well maintained walled boundaries to the north, west and south, and a pig net fence to the eastern boundary.

This little cottage has been derelict for sometime and only recently did we form a plan to explore it, the house itself was very small, but the kitchen still had cupboards intact and there was still an old radio in the living quarters, upstairs there were two small bedrooms, the master still had the bed, wardrobe and dressing table which were all in good condition apart from a coating of dust. Outside the property had numerous outbuildings and WC, was a great little explore and easy to access !
