This former post office opened in 1935 and closed in 2007,
the building was then bought by Leicester council in 2008 for 1.4 million
and is now on the market for an estimated £800,000 thats a loss of £600,000
annual maintenance costs are £30,000.
The building is in very good condition,
with alot of original features.
The roof offers spectacular views, across Leicester.

Nice one! When I started seeing the ladders & stairs I was hoping for some roofs :)
Thanks for sharing :)

First time I have seen inside a PO without a huge queue. Great shots!
