Visited here this morning. It used to be occupied by Newall Engineering Ltd till they re-located. It looks now as if kids have used it for BMXing due to the ramps that have been made. All the wiring looks as if it's been stripped, surprisingly very little graffiti. The rubbish thats been dumped inside is at the far end a long way from the road and is contained to one area (odd?) there are lots of letters amongst it, all to different addresses around the city but all with Eastern European names.
How old is the Amstrad?????
The building is on a Estate agents site, here is their description;
The property comprises a factory/warehouse unit with two storey offices to the side on a secure self-contained site with parking to the front and side of the building. It was built in the 1950's with brick elevations under a pitched roof and a more recent concrete frame extension to the rear. The property currently requires substantial refurbishment, this can be carried out to an agreed specification if required.
