Quite coincidentally last weekend I scanned in some that my Grandfather had taken back in 1947 and offered them to the collection into which they have been accepted.

Nice one Els.The terrace of houses at the end in the first photo is Dunsford Place and the car on the right was first registered in Guildford.The bungalow on the right has gone and been replaced by a block of modern flats called St Patricks Court.
 
Went out and took some as it is now photos to compliment Els pictures above.

1 New flats and tree on left hide the end of Dunsford place and the tree hiding the end building on the right has gone.


2 The odd looking building was a malt house now offices.


3 Looking up the garden it's possible to make out the balconies and shutters still there on number 12.
