West Park, June 2009

Just a ordinary weekday.
The sun is shining as i try to get at the terrain.
Feel like whistling, but because there can be security i decide to be quiet.

It took a while before i find my way in.
All buildings are closed tight.
Finally i found a way in and could look at the inside.

I didn't see all buildings and rooms.
Some parts are recently locked again.

West Park Hospital, made for psychiatric patients, was build in 1917.
The hopsital had room for 2000 people.
From the 1990's it slowly run down, until 2003 when it completely was closed.

made a successful-ish visit myself. if security mean business then why is a fence flattened and a small garden type gate left open? mc hammer must be on an off day. like a welcome mat had been laid. only one point of entry made though as i do externals and through window shots. having probs uploading my pics as my darling 18 month old son has somehow managed to lock the pics as read only to my camera.
