Lexden & Winstree Union Workhouse -December, 2009
A few of the old Workhouse, later simply known as St. Albright's, a couple of miles to the west of Colchester.
Suprised to see the lights on within the grounds -but these helped with getting some photos in the snow
Externals only, as I'd just spent 4 hours on the A12, and wanted my bed!
Have loads of internal pics from a few years back. Might pop some up in a seperate thread for those interested.

That took me a mo to work that one out! I remember reading that to my boy when he was little, but I had to stop because he burst into tears at the bit where Mr T's little house got trashed.
