Twiddling my thumbs for something to do in the snow, I remembered my two options from last time the snow fell. West Park and Hellingly, last time I chose Hellingly and by time I arrived, much of it had melted (seeing as the sun ALWAYS shines at Hellingly). I headed towards West Park and after a brief wander round the bomb crater on the site of Cane Hill I picked up Laura and made my way to Epsom.

The snow was still reasonably thick when we arrived at West Park, and within minutes we had bumped into two local explorers in front of admin. We all headed in together and it was soon clear that other people were inside, unsure of who was inside we headed swiftly towards the Dentists and spent a good couple of hours wandering round at a leisurely pace. Snowing hard by time we left!

Photos shot on Nikon F-801 and Kodak Ektar film (Due to smashing my DSLR up over new years).

Photos (scanned from prints and unedited other than rotating and cropping).

Thanks. My DSLR is being quoted for repairs or replacement! As for guards, I can't really say on the forum but if you've been before - its the same story as ever.

Boooooootiful set Sir! :)

Much appreciated Lightbuoy!

Great pics! The colour has a great look to it. I love to see all the snow too.

Thanks Freebird

Great pics Mr B! It all looks so tranquil :)

Cheers Al, It really was tranquil, apart from not knowing who I could hear in there! Plenty of deer leaping around in the grounds.

Such a contrast to that lush day we spent at WP back in September that ended up with ale on the grass at the pub nearby...wanted to get a shot of the creche frontage too,but neglected to do so.Nice collection there fella

great pics mate, echo what klempner69 said, such a contrast, and there was me wishing it could have been colder.

wonderful set....that last pic is one of my favourite WP pics I've seen, there's a really desolate and cold feel going on in it.

Kicking myself i didnt get down there in the snow now...although just 20 minutes down the road we only had an inch of snow... clearly more than that at wp!
