This building was used to sterilize hospital equipment but was eventually abandoned as the work was done centrally at Pinderfields Hospital. They had plans to redevelop the building for other uses and many thousands of pounds were spent on feasibility studies and preliminary designs. Eventually they demolished it and built a new building instead!
