St Catherine's Home for Cancer and Incurables established in 1893 and closed around 2006, used to look after women in the last stages of cancer and incurable diseases. And the health care for the elderly post 1948.

Sad to think how many people would of spent their last days here.

Looks like someone is a big fan of cider! It's always surprising what random things we come across while exploring!

maybe in the eyes of the nhs frosty jacks cider is good for you. or in your last time on earth you need something to help you through it.
