I have been very lazy with posting on forums and i do have quite a few explores from this year to post up, sorry for not keeping with the times.

Talgarth Asylum or mid wales hospital was allways one that grabbed my eye, visited with two other freinds who are non members. It was a very wet day and in some parts of the hospital it was raining very heavily inside! I missed out on any exterior shots because there was a white unmarked van driving around, i wasnt too sure if it was secca but you cant take chances after a 50mile drive
It was a brilliant explore in all but i was pissed off about the piano being smashed, the pictures of it standing were incredible, pikey bastards!!!!!!!

Great to see the staircases looking so lovely. I remember seeing the very first report from Lightbuoy when it was completely pristine, and it's such a shame to see it so bad now...but even so, your pics really do it justice. Nice one Cub.

To echo what's already been said -this place has really deteriorated in a shockingly fast rate of knots, and even more shockingly, due to the actions of the Owner!
