Decided to have a look at a couple of sites the other side of the bridge today, it was a early start and I was again on my own. Two hours later I got to my first stop which was Bourton Mill (Coming soon) but I thought I would start with this one. Its been covered a lot on here and I wanted to see for myself what the place was like. I drove towards the main gate and found it was like Fort Knox, so I found myself a parking spot away from the place and using the satnav on my phone managed to get into the place. But only to find piles of rubble where the buildings once stood, then I spotted a building through the trees and headed for it and this is what I found

Its quite spooky being on you own, from the time I got near the place there were dogs barking, with the wind there were doors slamming and more than I few times I thought I could hear footsteps and voices. In the end I was there for about a hour and only manage four of the buildings but I was happy to have at least seen some of it and take in what it must have been like there while being used.
Anyway, here are a few of my photos (There are a lot of corridor shots, that's because every where I turned there was one.) with the rest here

Thanks for looking (And telling me about the place)

Not my usual taste of decay, but!!!! You have made this certainly appealing to someone who loves abit of horror esq style graffiti/artwork/stencils...
It may be worth the drive just to see this myself, cheers cunningplan nice shots, an like I said you have made it appealing, to those who would normally skip this from the radar :)

Wow! This looks like an awesome place! Some great pics as well! Loving the one next to Freddy Krueger. Good work pal. Respect due for a solo mission. I would've sh*t myself!

Lol, not Banksys, Bristol artist called JPS.
He's done some really cracking pieces. Not only stencils, but also painting CCTV cameras to look like tube train carriages etc.
Great shots, it looks very well decayed now!

Thanks for the info, there is some great work in there and he must have been to the Boys Village as there is a couple the same over there.

Its coming down quick, the first building I went into (Also the first in the photos) is starting to be pulled down with the one end already gone.
If anyone wants to go, go ASAP.
