Would anyone want a HUGE cane hill report?

As some of you know i am a bit of a Cane Hill Hospital obsessive! Between March 2003 and August 2005 i've made at least 50 visits and taken a huge amount of photographs.

What i wanted to know is whether it would be of interest to the members of this forum if i made an enormous thread with say 3 photos from each visit (that i took my camera). It would take some doing but i don't have any website skills but would like to share some of these memories.

Poor old car,

OK well i will start organising some photos. Lone Explorer - security has always had some sort of presence but not anywhere near to the extent it does now.

Could you order it by visit date so we can see the progression of the demise?

Yes please especially if you have pics that tracks the decay

Yes, no worries. I just have a few that aren't dated but they can be approximated. It might even show a progression in picture quality too!

oooooooooooooh, looking forward to seeing all your pics from cane hill. bet you've seen loads and loads of changes both to the buildings, and the security situation.

baring in mind it was only a 2 1/2 YEAR period of seeing the building regularly but i had seen it change, yes. Not only arson but massive natural damage preventing access to some of the areas we'd seen on the first few trips.

security, yep it changed a lot but the route of the evil stayed the same.

Simon's managed to compile a lot of information of Cane Hill, but it seems some sections were / are too difficult to get into.

The room with the smaller piano comes to mind, it's on one of the upper floors.

Right, I was thinking it was in one of the 3 story wards for some reason.

Go for it mate, cane hill is the best asylum and i love every inch of it

It's coming along quite well. Currently includes over 100 photos! Watch this space.
