Heard that a local nursing home had shut down a long time ago. And it's where my grandad passed away so I've kept away.
I wasn't really interested in going as it would bring back to many memories.
But in the end it got the better of me so tonight I took the dog for a walk there.

My phone was fully charged and everytime I took a pic I went off
So I give up with the pic's. And the dog wouldn't enter any off the buildings.😱 and on the way back the car my phone came back on again well spooked

Well done in the circumstances. Your dog was in fact picking up on your apprehension about the place. Being 'kept' by Working Cockers for most of my life, I can vouch for this breeds uncanny knack of 'reading' their owner's mind or situation.

That's not too bad pictures considering the problems you had with your phone. But, there was no electricity in the building and no power lines outside, I wonder why your phone kept switching off.

That must of been a pretty hard explore for you, I hope you feel better for going as you would probably have always of wondered what happened to the place if you never went back and found out, and the window of opportunity isn't always open long;)

Im always amazed how the metal thieves find these places in the middle of nowhere too.
