Fantastic phots!!! Particually love the red room shot!! :)

Cheers, I bought some coloured filters for my flash from Jessops bargain bucket for like a pound years ago when I was at college, I knew they would come in handy some day!

Got a couple, but my explorer team got more outside shots than I did. I'll pester them to add theirs onto thsi thread for you.

i can't see any either.

do new users have to activate something to see pictures hosted by DP?

No, I don't think so dagh - I saw the pictures the other day but they don't appear to be there anymore.

Could be an intermittent glitch with the servers or something(?). MondeoLad said that he couldn't see the pictures nine minutes after she_geordie had posted a comment, and roughly three hours before I first saw them.

visiting any of the IMG urls from quoting the first post, like
Code:
http://www.derelictplaces.co.uk/main/picture.php?albumid=12&pictureid=78
only gives me a 1x1 blank gif.

Pics are working for me now.
Very nice they are to. Can anyone else see the Fern-person (without legs) in pic 5, climbing halfway up the wall?

It was a thorougly enjoyable explore that one. I just hope the owl that was bouncing off the walls in one of the wards is ok.
Speaking of wildlife, the place seemed to be crawling with butterflies. Hundreds of them all over the place, the majority dead on the floors, but there were plenty of live ones to be found bouncing off windows.

The chapel floor had a generous covering of bee's as well.

Some external shots as requested:

Oh yeah I forgot about the poor owl, even though at first he scared us sh*tless with his banging as we though he was a security guard. Speaking of wildlife, we found a rather amusing thing, in the laundry room there was an ancient copy of Readers Wives (Sandy you made Oddity's day) when we moved it, we found millions of Woodlice underneath in a perfect magazine shape. Almost as if we'd rumbled some sort of seedy underground woodlouse perving club.
