paid a visit today with goldie87 and kezza (thanks for driving:thumb)
after spending some time checking out access we found it and in we went
i cant belive how much the place has changed since last month!
we where inside looking to get into the buildings when goldie decided to go and look for any signs of security (we didnt see him again until we came out)
while we where walking kezza turned to me and said there was someone looking and waving at us in one of the windows:eek: to be totally honest i nearly shit myself!! we waved back and we where gone. only to find out later it was nursepayne when we bumped into her later on(really nice to meet you and put a face to the name)look forward to seeing your pictures too.. anyway on with my pictures.
admin i was pleased to get this as last time we only saw the back of it as they kicked us out.

This looks like a great place to go. Its weird how some of the beds are still made? Nice explore!

Nice pictures.
"Spakka bike" though, not very PC, old chap. I asked about it before and was rebuked.

Are they flattening all of this or are they saving some of it?

And yeah, i see what you mean ospa about the beds, going to give some contractors a shock when they move in on that place!

this place was what got me obsessed with asylums and hospitals! Great pictures and report!!! Wish I could have seen it!

you still can some time left:) loads to see down there.
plus just round the corner is the epsom cluster!!

what happened to goldie?

I was busy messing about walking the perimeter, by the time I had done that they were back out! lol

Still, seen most of it before, and I got some other shots I wanted of the buildings

Sometimes that's the advantage of going with at least one other person -so you get to cover more area, with one person going off one way, another somewhere else, occasionally meeting up to exchange comments, sights, discoveries etc. :)
Can we expect to see some of your outside snaps? (or have i totally missed them!)

The chapel and Admin are locally listed and will not be touched ;) Not Listed by EH but we did give it a good go!

The tower should also be kept due to local popular opinion!
