I've been wanting to do this place for a while, mainly for the acoustic properties within the towers & i'm pleased to say i wasn't disappointed. Along with theterrorwheel, a good 3 hours was spent exploring the whole site, but it certainly warrants another visit sometime this summer.
A few on here have already documented it's history so i'll post a link to their posts for anyone who hasn't seen them;

Personally i'd have to rank it as one of my favourite visits, a sound & visual experience that is quite simply mind blowing. The sheer size of the towers are awesome, & i'm sure those who visited any like these would agree that you don't really appreciate that until you're stood inside one. A stunning feat of engineering & construction. We missed a perfect photo opportunity the night before as were driving along the M18 with the most glorious red sunset offering a stunning backdrop, maybe next time!
