Well with the place having been dealt its death knell, and plans afoot for a massive distribution warehouse, thought it only fitting that I pay a visit to the Legend that is Pyestock.

Thanks to Randomnut for the heads up:thumb

Visited with Adrian5127, we had planned a real early start to try and catch the sunrise over the site, got there in the pitch black and made our way in, one cut hand and a split pair of trousers and we was on the inside........unfortuntely our English weather was not playing ball and dark grey clouds filled the new dawn, which quickly turned to persistent and heavy rain.

So the history has been done to death, lets go onto the pics....

will PM you harvester

Really nice shots, looks like it was worth getting up early for. I presume other areas of the site are a bit hard/dodgy to get to?

It's very hard to criticise your photos, but on the last shot I would have edited out the remote flashgun :)

I will clone out the flashgun...........criticism is always good also............the only way you can improve...

Honestly mate it was fucking chucking down, and we was proper soaked so will return now that we have cracked the access....

Mookster this is not the free for all that West Park has become, you will have a big fail if you go in heavy handed, and I have heard the the boyz in blue have ben called in before

Excellent work as always fella. Shame when I saw the weather this morning I had a sinking feeling about how useful the early start was going to be, but I think even in the pissing rain this is one gem of a site that can be appreciated under any adverse circumstances.

Loving the shots, especially cell 3. I think I need to experiment with some lighting like that especially as the cells seem the perfect canvas for it, you've pulled off some wicked stuff here. Although i've seen pretty much all the site now i'm definitely going to have another visit before the place finally falls.
