Sunbeam factory, Wolverhampton, Oct 2009

Visited with Flasher, Dr Zoidberg and Blober

Interesting entrance to the site. At first we was followed by a red Rover. We originally thought it was security or the building owner. So we ducked out the way until it left.

Then we made our way in. Only to find once we was in we found the Rover again. This time it was surrounded by 3 pikies. In the back of the car was mounds of cable.

Anyway we had got in. But we was still not alone. There was more stripping the roof of led. They left us alone though as we left them.

Inside was pretty empty. More toilets then anything else. Enjoyed it in there though.

They did seem pretty startled when I shoved the door open and found them loading their car up

What did they make at the Sunbeam Factory, do you know?

Bicycles I think. Then it was random car parts

Yep , bikes and motorbikes.

Then car parts when the factory was udner different ownership.

OH thanks, I now read the other thread on the factory and found out what they made, although I thought Sunbeams were made in Coventry. I guess I am wrong as usual.
