Not seen a report on this place on here before. Very eerie place when there is no-one there and poly fish boxes are blowing around in the wind.

Some history

Grimsby Docks are largely derelict, due to the downturn in the fisihing industry.

The docks were originally created in the 1850s, just after the railways were introduced.

Grimsby held the record at one time for the largest 'Cold Store' in the UK and it was in Grimsby that the UK's first 'fish finger' food was produced in 1955.

In recent years the frozen food industry has become a large part of Grimsby's economy and new industries such as light engineering, chemicals and plastics have grown.

HDR warning for some photo's

Went to RAF West Raynham today, a mint version of RAF Upwood

Got in decontam. bunker, up water tower, 2 control towers and more... Report up soon.

Ive been there! Good isnt it!?;)

It was top mate! Seen your report, good stuff. I forgot to say, didnt get in the Rapier dome, only way in would be thru air handling ducts! A highlight was releasing a trapped harris hawk from the newer control tower.

Its a bummer, what some people get into others dont and vis-versa. Depends on boarding up, whos broken it etc... you know the score. Whats worse is when you travel bloody miles and cant get in. I always have one or two back ups in each location, just in case

This was my playground when i was a kid waiting for the step dad to land the catch. Really sad to see it like it is BUT fantastic images dude & thanks for posting. :)
