Hi All
Bailey Mill was run by Mallalieu's for many years, but thay went into administration in 1996, Bailey Mill remained in use until Jan 2000. The mill itself, still has remnants of it's past, including 3 carding engines and a blender in the basement and a loom on the top floor. Copper thieves have recently been on the site, and there is also some vandalism, but it was interesting to see a reasonably intact, partly equipped mill.
