Ooh, humungous place. So many interesting things about too. Be great if you do have some interior shots, but even so, it's a great location.

Wow!

Love the old pithead wheel still in tact and the conveyor belts. Can't have been closed that long.
 
Is this place still mothballed? It was on and various times we've had a visit up here. There was loads of activity all over the place each we've gone too. Good to see it almost derelict with no one around.

It is still in Mothball yes :)

As far as I know it's mothballed until more funding is available to drive roads to a set of new seams, since the local seams have been exhausted.
 
Very impressive, I used to drive past here regularly, often wondered if it was do-able.
