Congress Architectural Joinery and Specialist Contractors were specialists in heritage and conservation contracts. Based in Liverpool and with 35 years of experience Congress could offer premier and quality assured joinery and service but for reasons i dont know, they ceased trading from this site in around about 2003. The building was a former methodist church school situated just off Whitefield Rd on White Rock St,i couldnt find any dates of when it was first built,my guess is around 1870s,i could be wrong!!!
