This place is large, wrecked and grafited - so a good start :)

The history on this place is a little vague, it opened in 1962 and research shows it closed (admisitrator recievership) in the early 2000s but weirdly the patern for their hot-water bottle ran out in 1997.
William Freeman Ltd specialised in plastics and rubber products, mainly for the domestic consumer. At its height, there were over 200 employees.
The companies trading name was 'Suba Seal', and again this bring up very little information.
