Visited with Mr Bones and 0xygen. I had read about this place and absolutely had to visit! Whilst I'm informed that Fullers Earth is used in other products, the emphasis here seemed to be largely on cat litter. Lots of fun was had negotiating dodgy-looking, rusty steel platforms whilst looking at the ground below in morbid fascination and thoughts of "this could so kill me if I don't stick to the beams." I am glad that I made it to the top of the silo because the views up there are amazing! I also crossed Mr Bones' famous Bridge of Death and got ridiculously muddy.
I don't know what this machine in the labs was but I suggested that perhaps it read the thoughts of a group of kitties whilst they took a dump, therefore allowing for the selection of the most comfortable kitty litter.
Sometimes your cat's arse just needs some Pitti.
A wonderful view from the highest silo.
Like the remnants of a foam party gone horribly wrong, this substance clung to the pipework of machinery on a platform above.
Don't look down...unless you are utterly fascinated by its potentially deadly attributes like I was.
The rusty owl watches you...
