I was going through some of my old explores today wondering what i could post up here that would be any different to what had already been covered

I nearly didn't post this, simply because the site isnt massive and the photos that everyone (and me) take tend to be a bit "samey" . Not jus that but this site has been covered here quite well, so i wont be including History.
There was however something that i could see missing from the photos i saw here - something that actually makes this place look a bit special... snow!
It gives a totally different perspective.... and its damned cold!!!

Looking at previous reports this place has deteriorated pretty badly since , those gorgeous stairs have been attacked and so have a number of other rooms. its an absolute disgrace. Thankfully the BBC intervention managed to halt the terrorism somewhat

The photos didn't come out as well as id have hoped. my camera was an absolute demon for running through 2 sets of batteries in 40 photos but hey. ive included some of my other favourites too

Enjoy

Nice work DN, I too like to explore in the snow, even if your footprints do give you away to security.

But there again, the footprint thing works both ways

Crikey...those photos bring back memories. I worked there in the '70s on....ahem...you know what.

I love film shots for exactly the same reason that i hate them. the fact that you have to wait and see how they have come out is thrilling but at the same time very annoying
