Default Premier parts - Leeds - Jan 2011

Visited with the one and only Coops (cheers fella).

This site also went under the name of Leeds Trade Centre at one point. History other than that is vague except some cmpers used the whole place as a lav :(

As per, the pics are appalling.

I looked at this place a few times but couldn't bring myself to explore it knowing that the Travelling community had extensively "visited it".
When I was in the scouts, the leader told us that he had worked in this building for while, and during some renovations they had discovered a previously hidden room, not shown on any plans. When they finally got inside, they found cloven footprints on all the walls and across the ceiling. Probably bollocks but it put the shits up me and it now scares the bejesus out of my kids!! Thanks.

About us
DerelictPlaces is a forum for people with an interest in the history and documentation of disused, derelict and abandoned buildings to come together and share their experiences, photography and historical findings. Our military, industrial and historical heritage is fast disappearing under the pressure of regeneration, the need for new housing, and often through simple neglect; Our aim is to document these places before they disappear entirely.
