Not much history to be found on this place apart from Holding Bros got involved in pottery in 1842 and moved to this location 18yrs later.
I believe it shut in the mid 1980's after being a working museum for many years.
After hearing from Georgie and WIMR (cheers)how good this place was,i had to see it for myself.
Parts of the buildings are starting to collapse inwards but its surprising how much stuff is still left scattered around.
Plenty of stuff scattered in the attic,also.
