Closed 1999, now home to several squatters who are grateful to be away from the rough, wet, cold streets at night.

Central Discount Wholesale LTD was a retailer selling all sorts of electrical items, toys and housewares. Company dissolved 15/07/1997 and the building has subsequently been left empty to decay.

Never mind using a tunnel to get in, someone we went with almost came out on a stretcher when they walked over some completely rotten floorboards and went through the ceiling... twice! Luckily I grabbed hold of them both times, but not before half of their body had disappeared through the hole (which was a floorboard until it was stepped on).

Oh boy that Central Discounts Wholesale LTD place was dangerous from the top floor. The mossy picture was the floor below to give you an idea, and that was pretty bad.

Sounds like a death trap :s but a death trap that I want to visit :)
 
Some very nice photos there mate, seeing that old Challenger arcade game takes me back a couple of years!!!
