This place was used for the onsite planning of the Trafford Centre during its construction and later to recruit staff. I believe it may have originally been part of Massey Ferguson's Factory. Theres some industrial unit behind that may have been used by the Trafford Centre/Peel but it looks pretty battered and appears to be atleast part used, there were some guys outside the open door. Theres also loads of marble floor tiles from the Trafford Centre stacked up outside and a bridge from somewhere??!!
Not all that interesting really but if you ever get dragged to the Trafford Centre and fancy a bit then, its just across the road,lol!
