Went for a day trip round some sites with JFRSteve and remembered about driving past this site numerous times going to the mountains for snowbaording.

From the road you wouldn't think there was much too see, but within the trees a shed with a few roofing panels missing which sparked my interest. The quarry is still partially active the main material is Lime which must could have been to make lime cement / mortar, however this part of the site has not been used for since approximately '04ish but not much on the tinternet to gather more info!

The Works.

Inside views of the shed

These spanners, were MASSIVE!!

More of the internal shots...

Hopper?

Think the cylinder on the side is a grader of some sort

Office / Store

Back into the shed...

Grader Maybe?

Awesome view from the top.

Really liked this wee door at the end of the shed which lead to the oldest part of the works. I would think this chimeny and ovens would have been running 24/7 to keep the works going.

This unit is still partially used, and still links the bottom works via the conveyor belt.
