Gunn & Co Hosiery Works, Leicester - April 2013

This is a fairly small building which was once part of a much larger hosiery factory, the access between the buildings having been bricked up many years ago. Im guessing that the place has got to have been largely disused for over 20 years, going by the state of it and lack of modern fittings. I think this is probably the most rotten factory I have visited in Leicester so far, the woodwork is just crumbling and some sections of wall move if touched! Having said all that, it was really nice to see some of the old features the place still retains.
