Default Millway dairy, Harby, Leics, Dec13

This place has gone even further downhill since our previous visit last year, and looks like its had yet another fire.

Millway Foods was built close to the Grantham Canal in the village of Harby. It was built in 1987, but closed in 2002 after being bought out in 1999, with the new owners starting to transfer production in 1999.

Itís a bit of a wreck, but the building is ĎTo Letí if anyone is interested!

That's even more of a wreck than before! I wonder if it's due for demoing soon?

The first couple of photos remind me of a dairy near me.
That second to last photo is interesting though, damn pyros.

If anyone is thinking of visiting, be aware some parts of the building are getting a tad dangerous

About us
DerelictPlaces is a forum for people with an interest in the history and documentation of disused, derelict and abandoned buildings to come together and share their experiences, photography and historical findings. Our military, industrial and historical heritage is fast disappearing under the pressure of regeneration, the need for new housing, and often through simple neglect; Our aim is to document these places before they disappear entirely.
