Location
Cobland, otherwise known as Derbyshire lol.
After looking around Stallington Hall, we then moved onto Simpsons Pottery. Started to enter the building when we spotted loads of Pikey Caravans, kept hearing kids and dogs, so decided to take a walk around the block and see what was what, then go back in again.

So much pottery and moulds just left, alot still packed up, as if ready to be delivered. Looked like they'd just upped and left.

Onto the pics.

(will upload the rest of the weekend tomoro, enjoy)

Great to see it again through your pics. I hadn't noticed those little two-coloured saucer things when we were there, though (7th pic in 2nd post). Nice one. :D
I'll tack my pics on as soon as.

Cheers
Foxy :)

Ready to tack on! Rather a lot of them I'm afraid, but there was just so much to see and photograph here. Hope you enjoy them. :D

Cheers SR, thanks for your comments. :)
The actual photos themselves are really sharp and bright, but unfortunately they look dark and out of focus on the computer, which is disappointing. I've been told that it's something to do with the way that the image has been compressed to jpg. I'm very chuffed with the prints, though.

Foxy :)

Excellant report and even better pics all of you guys n gals involved...seems a damn waste to leave all that stuff behind...by way of interest where is this place?A county will suffice....well done once again.

Hi Chelle
Thanks. It's in Stoke-on-Trent, where we had the Staffordshire meet. Not sure which town in Stoke it's in, though, but Staffs Ranger will be able to tell you. It's amazing how much stuff, isn't it? I think even the vandals got bored with trashing as there's so much of it! :D

Foxy :)

Yep, and don't forget the Pikies that are currently camped at the place, so we all had to be pretty quiet (except the wellies pmsl ;))

I was searching around the place for Starbucks coffee mugs, and only found one  and that had loads of cracks in it. oh well.

did like this place, still can't believe all the stuff that was just left.

Great pics Foxy,

:) Sal
