    Fabulous photographs Sigma :)
Great the way you really capture the atmosphere of the place.
Are any of the factory buildings / industrial parts still standing?
    Thanks a lot,

Superb stuff. Just totally lost myself looking at your website, Sigma.
Love that one taken in the entrance with the thin streams of water coming through the ceiling. :D

Thanks for posting those; really enjoyed them.

Thanks so much. glad you guys like them.
This building is still standing today but the rest of the site is gradually getting demolished. I only had the chance to visit once when i lived on the east coast. I really wanted to return. so much to see. the site is massive.

Good Luck with the book, I dont have the funds to by a copy at the moment but I hope it goes well.

I'm envious that you've been able to see Bethlehem steel, Heavy industrys my particular interest and I regret that I was never able to get over there to see it. With the redevelopment I doubt that I'll get the chance now! :(

About us
DerelictPlaces is a forum for people with an interest in the history and documentation of disused, derelict and abandoned buildings to come together and share their experiences, photography and historical findings. Our military, industrial and historical heritage is fast disappearing under the pressure of regeneration, the need for new housing, and often through simple neglect; Our aim is to document these places before they disappear entirely.
