The last threads for this place seem to be from 2009. The flour mill has suffered badly in the last few years.
Where the previous photos show relatively tidy banks of milling machines, the whole place is now pretty messed up, but still very impressive.
Just be aware if you visit that some areas of the flooring are covered with flour and debris that may obscure holes, and there are some 3-4 storey drops, so care is needed.
The wooden machines, sieve cradles and boxed ducting runs are monumental, and the massive blast doors (many now off their slide tracks) must weigh in at 1/4 ton each.
On our visit we met a homeless couple outside who gave us lots of information about sleeping rough in the various derelict buildings around the city.
