    Default Newton House Hardwick!

Cycled all the way from St Ives to Hardwick alone today! 24 miles! It took me atleast 1 1/2 hours to access the property without being seen! Definatly worth it tho! Sadly half of the building was demolished years ago but the builders decided to leave half of it for some reason!

Now dont take my word for it but I believe this building was called Newton house! I believe this because there is a sign on the building saying "Newton House". The building was abandoned due to a fire in 2007! It was eletrical and destroyed the whole building. Only the standing remains survive to this day. I believe the building was offices!

    Here You Go!

This is the building! May ring a bell to people who live in Cambridgeshire!

This is where the demolished scar was left!

    Smashed to Sh*t

Reminds me of the sealed air factory abit!

Soz for quality! My camera hates the colour black

    Upstairs

    A Stage!?

    Ending Corridor!

Also this I saw as I passed through Bar Hill!

    Only half abandoned

    Hope you all enjoyed!

The ground floor of the burnt down part of this building was a restaurant and take away.
    The upper floor(s) were offices.

About us
DerelictPlaces is a forum for people with an interest in the history and documentation of derelict and abandoned buildings to come together and share their experiences, photography and historical findings. Our military, industrial and historical heritage is fast disappearing under the pressure of regeneration, the need for new housing, and often through simple neglect; Our aim is to document these places before they disappear entirely.
