Much like Gromr123, I've had this placed pinned for ages and thought it was long gone. I've driven past countless times over the last couple of years and I am kicking myself for not pulling over and having a look on the off chance. This place is truly amazing just for the size of it. I had plans to check out another place afterwards but ended up spending the best part of 3 hours there.

As much as I love being out and about with H or Grom, a solo explore really gets the adrenaline and the heart going. I visited when the live part of the site was open for business and there was a lot of people around which made it even more fun.

History was well covered by Gromr123 so on with my pics.

Some externals, very hard to try and capture the shear size of this place!

This room was just chaos. Someone has had fun stripping all these cables!

I thought I'd managed to venture into every part of the building but looking at Grom's report I clearly missed a few parts. If you plan to go, prepare to loose hours in here!

Thanks for looking!

Loads of parts there I didn't recognise at all, its so easy to miss bits here, such a huge place!

Great photos, love those stair shots. Those fisheye ones of outside do a great job capturing how big the building is.

I liked that Brewtal, it must have bin a bit awkward getting some of the shots with all the rubbish underfoot, Sound Job, Thanks

What a fantastic set of photos...from a place that must have been numbing to work at!
Thanks for sharing mate! :)

Went and did this one today, all pretty grim and non descript but a fun couple of hours with my lad. The basement is a fair size but again nothing really noteworthy to be honest.

Yeah that pretty much sums this place up. Its quantity over quality, the sheer size of it is what makes it interesting. Still, all good fun.
