As part of the process of disposing of the site ground investigation and environmental reports have confirmed the extent of contamination on site. the cost of treating contamination is likely to be in the region of £1,000,0000/£1,250,000 and, possibly, higher once remedial works start.

I used to work in an office just next door to there.

There was a constant stream of smoke from vents, & on a clear day at sunset it looked quite surreal, like a 1970s concept album cover.

Interesting explore and excellent pics, wm. Especially like the factory floor ones. Particularly like No 13. Neat. :)
