One thing I've kind of missed this year is large ruined factories - my usual partner in crime nowadays doesn't like industrial stuff very much so they've been a little absent from my life. Luckily I was able to persuade him that this one was worth visiting, if only for the large amount of fresh graffiti painted inside by one of my favourite artists.

Wern Works is the name given to what was the home of a company called High Duty Alloys who once manufactured parts for Concorde. It was home to various companies over the years related to the nearby steelworks industries and finally closed in 2009. It looks as if demolition may be on the horizon quite soon as areas of undergrowth have been cleared around the site.

To round it off, the Voyder pieces I wanted to document before they get destroyed.

Pfffft voyder, what a load of rubbish! Just for accuracy's sake the lettering is Voyder, the rest is 45rpm. They had a collab day there a while back.

That neon green cock and balls made me laugh (later additions by a local who's nose they put out of joint I'm sure). :)

Yes I saw they were there together on Instagram, he told me he wasn't sure how much longer the place would be around so wanted to do a lot of stuff there.

The neon cock 'n' balls and breasts are part of his work on both of the pieces they appear on!

I liked that Mook, great depth to your pics, I've seen the aerosol jockeys tag before, the various body parts are a new direction though.
