It's been good to see a little bit of rusty industry lately as it was something my life was lacking. At the weekend myself and Landie Man picked up an American explorer friend of mine who is over here until June studying at uni, and off we went for some explores.
As is usually the case things didn't really go to plan and the first day was pretty much a total write-off, except for this one location which we managed to see. I was happy as it was one I had wanted to check out for quite some time anyway. There isn't much information to be found about this site but it found it's last use as a small scale metal fabrication company before closing some time ago. It suffered a fire after closure which collapsed one end of the building onto a vintage Datsun that was being stored inside ( ).
Outside there is a small outbuilding stuffed with all manner of vintage paperwork, and near that is sat an MGC Roadster with an extremely rare and unusual Bermuda hardtop roof.
Thanks for looking, more photos are here as usual https://www.flickr.com/photos/mookie427/albums/72157692308406604
