Saw this place last week, and went to recce it today just to see if it was accessible, and hooray! It was.
Ventured in for a few quick snaps, but I'll go back another time, most likely with Virusman, for a proper shoot.
There are more buildings than this, and the site seems relatively big. One building is offices with 2 floors, though I think the stairs are burned out.
