Some truly wonderful period pieces remain here but unfortunately they are destined to disappear under a festering pile of pigeon shit. A great little explore but it will be hard to beat in terms of smell!!!

Looks like a great place.

Theres a brewery down the road from me which is empty. Its an amazing building just heavy on security and no axs

The bloke that owns it bought it and the pub attached to it to redevelop, but it's listed so there's nothing he can do with it, so it looks like he's just leaving it to rot.

this does look like a wicked explore CitadelMonkey...really nice find an some really nice shot...defo agree with the others shot 4 is really smart...do you have any history on the building tho???

Cool. On my list of places to go, next time I'm back in Ipswich.

I went on a brewery tour there when it was still live (ca. 1993). Very informative but somehow it's not the same as exploring. Tolly's regular beers were OK but not as good as Adnams, but on special occasions they brewed beer which was a lot better than their usual stuff.
