having been here almost a year ago (on another very wet day) and not been back since i was keen to see some more access was a little easier althuogh totally pointless stelthaly walking in, walked past one factory unit an saw some fella working away door wide open
anyway off to the disused part and blimey its propperly trashed glass everywhere water dripping in
managed to get into the building i had previously been in a year ago to find it now full of grafiti and alot worse for wear, and unfortunatly roof access was no longer possible
quick trip to the boiler house.....GOT to see them in the day then we found the medical center
evning visit with Goldie87, appologies for the rather grainy HDR'ish images was shooting on mega high ISO to try and get away with quicker shutter speeds and reduce blur
must get up there!
trashed factory floor
i quite liked this window for some reason, possibly because it still had glass in it
retro toilets
old skool signage
sprinkler valves
another floor
blueprint for a worm gear
real shame about the damp getting to this book was a right little gem with some lovely pictures and diagrams 'morris conveyors Loughborough'
ship lift FTW
reminded me of the melenium mills reports
dials for the boilers
and the complete control panel, speat ages faffing around trying to get a decent shot of the boilers to no avail so must get back in better light
without roof access i had to put up with gingerly leaning onto the fire escape staircase to try and pull off a nice shot of wolsey/the space center.......and failed miserably
still some more to be seen here and with rhumors of so slightly secret parts im itching to see more just a shame parts of it are still very live, think it was my first propper live infiltration
