Hello, this is my first post on this site. It was just a little exploration ive been wanting to do for some time now as ive drove past this place loads of times. To be honest i was expecting to see more than i actually did hence i didnt take many pictures but this place was just falling to bits. The building itself is quite old, i dont have a clue what it was built for, i think it may have been a mill. Upto a couple of years ago it was used as a furniture warehouse, boring! Anyway here are the pics!!! Sorry some of the pics are poor quality i didnt have all my kit with me.

There was only two floors to this place aswell as the roof and the floors were just big open spaces rather than seperate rooms and corridors, i prefer seperate rooms and corridors you tend to see more!! The back of the building.

I couldnt photograph the whole of the rear of the building because there were contact details painted on the walls but there wasnt much to see anyway. It was ok but not really worth a visit unless you seriously have nothing else to do, lol.

I remember we got to use an old furniture factory in Germany ooh, several years ago. On the condition we helped demolish bits of it by "accidentally" driving our armoured personnel carriers through some strategic walls.

Several of the lads ended up with some rather nice patio furniture out of it. I unfortunately, never had enough room in my vehicle to be able to help myself to anything. :(

I never did find out if it was an insurance job, or whether they just wanted to save a few bob on the demo.
