Funny one this, not finding much information on what it is transmitting/repeating.

Went with Scotty.

Years back this thing had at least 8 huge dishes on it. These have recently been taken down and the tower now looks quite naked!

Was nice to see it up close and as a bonus got, what we think, is also a mobile telephone transmitter too.

Anyone got any stats on this one such as power output and what each bit bolted on to the mast does?

Although tempted with a climb (since it had many gantries that branched off the main ladder) we didn't know what this was chucking out..and indeed how many watts it was throwing out. TV i understand is high watt output and this thing did have those 8 dishes bolted to the side a while ago.

Looks alritey...Yep, tempting it is.
BUT, all hope is not lost, thats an O2 logo there, what are phone sidnal strengths like, too much still, or?
