Hi All

Next on the mill explore tour of Dover is the deep level under ground air raid shelter at
St Margrets bay this is also on the East side of Dover and just down the road from South Forelands.

PLEASE NOTE IF YOU GO IN TO THIS ONE BE VERY CAREFUL, AT THE BOTTOM OF THE ACCESS SHAFT IS THE HOLE OF DOOM!!!!!!!!!!!!.

IT LEADS STRAIGHT OUT OF THE CLIFF FACE AND A VERY BIG DROP, KEEP AWAY FROM THE HOLE.

Right enough of the H&S crap lets get in there. The first picture on the left is the surface entrance and next to
it is looking back up from the bottom.

This is the HOLE OF DOOM !!!!!!!!!!!!!! and then looking along the access tunnel towards the shelter.

The next set of pictures are inside the shelter itself, there are 2 main tunnels with 3 cross tunnels linking them together.

The last shot is looking from the shelter back along the access tunnel, the light at the end is coming through the HOLE OF DOOM...
