Nocton Hall is a historic listed building in the village of Nocton, in Lincolnshire, England. Originally constructed for the Ellys family, it burnt down in 1834 and was rebuilt in 1841 for the first Earl of Ripon, who lived at the steward's house in Nocton while the house was being built. Time to go underneath the hall into the catacombs!!!, well the old Air Raid shelters complete with signs and directions for a fast exit!! Even a firebell, this was bloody scary as the place has suffered terribly at the hands of vandals even since I visited last year. Time waits for no man or no building

Now some random shots from the back of the Hall in what was the 7th American Army hospital. Really trashed in here and overgrown with loads of Buddleia bushes and millions of butterflies!! Lovely.
